To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-returnable items:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty).
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@dllasgroup.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is delivered safely.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
